Description

The Ministry of Valor is responsible for maintaining the Caprans' weapon and defence technologies, as well as its conscription program. Caprans who don't serve under the official standing military as a job who are over the age of 8 years are required to undergo a compulsory month of military training every year where these adorable critters are turned into a finely tuned fighting machine. In times of war or strife the conscription program immediately takes effect and all Caprans in non vital industries are required to join the military. The typical loadout for a Capran conscript is as follows:

Omni-Gel Canister: A canister that is hidden in one of the jacket's internal pockets. Spraying this on an open wound will instantly provide pain relief and staunch the blood flow by mimicking the cells of the wounded area.

Hoofgun: A standard, mass produced weapon that is worn on the left or right foreleg. A capran can shoot a hoofgun by tensing up its foreleg muscles and can eject a clip by pumping the foreleg. It has decent range and a semi-automatic fire rate. (to be redesigned)

Armorgel Jacket: It looks like a normal jacket but beneath it has a supple and soft layer of non-newtonian gel which hardens on impact, which will protect against small arms fire from a distance, but isn't very useful up close.

Armorgel Helmet: Operating on the same principles as the jacket, the helmet fits nearly around the ears and horns and is lightweight and comfortable while not obscuring vision.
